We had a HARD buy. International taxes, problems with our sale. Adam stayed true to his seller... while balancing the crap storm that was our life selling in the Blue Mountains. It is an emotional buy for us... and he's still intermediary. Closing on Wed ... Adam has gone above and beyond to close this deal. Props to Josh too...
