Excellent agent

Mel was an excellent agent, communication was great. As I live in Sydney and the investment property was in Brisbane, Mel suggested what I should do to the property to achieve a successful outcome such as painting, new floor coverings on the lower level and have it styled by a property stylist which I did and the property sold within 2 weeks of being on the market. I will be using Mel to sell another of my properties in July 2019
