This was the second property that Mel Saad has sold for me. Mel was on the ball and kept me informed on the progress of the campaign. Mel strived to get the maximum price possible and I think she did going by what other properties in the complex sold for. I live interstate and with Covid19 I was unable to go near the property and Mel looked after the painting and new floor coverings for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Mel Saad.
