Melanie was the agent we chose when selling my parents home in Lowood. This is the second property that Melanie has sold for my parents and achieved an excellent price for. Even when there were a few challenges with the sale process Melanie gave us great advice on how to proceed and we had a great outcome. Melanie is great to deal with and we highly recommend her as your local agent.

Melanie at Sommerset Property Specialists is absolutely amazing, it was my first time selling a house and she made it quick, easy and understandable. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent and helpful agent! I would also recommend Tara, her property manager, who managed my property rental with absolute care and attention. They are both amazing at their job and lovely easy going people. If you are looking for an agent or property manager, look no further than Sommerset Property Specialists!

Melanie was the best agent we could ask for. Easy to deal with and talk to, and her local knowledge is second to none. Melanie was always on hand to provide advice and guidance, even with what I felt were silly questions. We cannot recommend Melanie highly enough.

Melanie went straight into gear once we decided it was time for us to sell advising us in all aspects of what was required to move our property on in a timely manner also gave us guidance regarding the timing of our sale that certainly helped and pushed back the contract date that will help us out financially so this was certainly appreciated, Melanie was always a pleasure to deal with and we look forward to continuing our relationship over the coming years with her and her very efficient team Thanks for looking after our interests Somerset Property Specialist 😊😊😊

Melanie goes above and beyond. I have sold and purchased through her and she make the whole process simple and easy. Couldn't ask for a better agent to help with anything real estate.

Melanie was extremely helpful, informative and helped myself step into the property market. I would absolutely purchase from Melanie again. She went above and beyond many times and nothing was too much to ask. Also, special mention to Tara who is also a gem.

Melanie got us a sale so quickly it made my head spin. She is helpful responsive and efficient. Her rental manager, Tara, is also very nice and nothing you ask is a problem. Tara also helped us get a quick result on the sale. Old fashioned country service. Common years ago, now not so much. Highly recommended. Thank you Melanie and Tara.
