If you want to have your property sold or managed by a Realtor who is honest, who believes in looking after her sellers and buyers then Mel is your person I am very happy with the service Mel provided during my purchase of a acreage property.

Melanie provided an excellent stress free service during my recent purchase. Her communication and professionalism was second to none. My circumstances were out of the ordinary ( I was in Cairns ) yet Melanie was always available by phone to answer my questions. I was limited on when I could travel to view the property but Melanie made herself available without hesitation. Melanie is a very knowledgeable and professional agent for the area .. highly recommended.

We found her very easy to communicate with, we have bought and sold properties from her and would not hesitate to go back through her in the future.

If you are looking to sell your property I can't speak highly enough of Melanie. Nothing was a bother, calls and emails were answered swiftly. Melanie was able to find a buyer for our land in a market that is harder due to the location and within weeks we were signing our contract. I highly recommend Melanie :-)
