Melanie has been our agent for a number of years firstly renting our property out then selling it. Nothing was ever too much trouble, an agent that always went out of her way to help. We would definitely recommend Melanie to any buyers, sellers or Landlords!

A warm friendly and welcoming agent with great communication skills. Managing the challenging task of buyer/seller really well. It’s a big move, moving home and Melanie was able to give me information about both the property and the area. If she didn’t know the answer she would find it out for me. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Would use her if I’m ever selling!

Mel is 100% genuine, honest and extremely knowledgeable about the area we lived in. Dedicated to achieving an optimal outcome for the sale of our home. And she it did! It sold in two days!!

Melanie lives in the suburb where we purchased, so was very helpful with local knowledge and advice. Thank you Melanie

Melanie was just amazing… as we live in NSW, she helped us out immensely, given the several border closures, she assisted us in finding tradesman to make repairs to our property, when we could not be there. We sold the house within a few days of being on the market for a good price. We could not have got such a fantastic result without her extensive knowledge and experience.. Highly recommended !! Thankyou Melanie

This is our 7th property purchase and sale from over the years and Melanie is by far the best agent we have ever dealt with. Down to earth, great communication and always contactable. We bought and sold with Melanie and she sorted any problems with humour and calm. Her local knowledge is invaluable. Would use her again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Melanie is a gem. She is very personable and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Melanie, she is very trustworthy. Was lovely to feel in good hands.

I found Melanie very approachable and very knowledgeable of the area, there was nothing that Melanie would not do . There was always someone going thru my house.

Melanie helped us purchase our new property in Lowood and was absolutely great in helping us negotiate with the sellers to remedy a few issues. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she goes that extra mile to make sure everything is completed on time. If I ever want to but or sell a property in her area I will definitely be contacting Melanie so I know I will get the best service. You might say a bit old school with the service which is what I like. 100% satisfied. regards Steve and Spyro

My wife and I bought our first home with the help of Melanie, she made the process very easy and guided us the entire way.

We could not rate Melanie any higher. She guided us through the process with precision and professionalism while still being friendly and helpful. And the best part, she achieved the price we wanted.

My experience with Melanie Benns has always been a positive one. She has managed my rental properties as well as selling my property. I highly recommend her. Thank you Melanie.
