Melanie is everything that you wish all agents were; professional, hardworking, honest, empathetic, and with a wicked sense of humour. Even though I wasn't quite ready to sell when I first met Melanie, she followed up with me every now and then to check in to see if I needed any assistance. When I interviewed agents a year later, only Melanie came prepared with a full proposal and an action plan of how she would go about selling. I knew immediately that she would get the job done well. Throughout the sales campaign, I was updated almost daily and immediately after every inspection and discussed feedback and ways forward.
