Melanie made what could have been a very stressful time into a seamless and smooth experience for us. From the very beginning Melanie was up front and genuine and gave us tips and suggestions to better place us on auction day. Her knowledge of the area, property market and what buyers to appeal to were spot on. Melanie didn’t try and feed us with above market price estimates of sale just to get our business, she was very realistic and let us know of all possible outcomes on auction day, including the possibility it may not go as we hope.
