Melanie was fantastic. She ensured a maximum amount of viewings at various times of day to accommodate potential buyers. Had private viewings for those who requested. All potentials were followed up on and ensured we had enough bidders on the day. There was no need for a vendors bid and gave great non pressured advice. We set a target with no baseline to avoid influencing a lesser amount and ultimately got what we wanted. Campaign was only 3 and half weeks so a great result in a short time.
