Melanie went above and beyond - she knew the market and made us feel confident that we would achieve the price we were after, but also highlighted things a potential buyer would like. She kept up to date with our renovations and touched base with us weekly to let us know of the potential buyers, offers and any information we needed before the auction. Mel went out of her way to make sure all buyers got inspections that fit in and…. It sold before auction! We couldn’t be happier!
