Melina was excellent. She has to deal with an extremely difficult purchaser and strike the balance between getting the sale and not allowing the purchaser to make ridiculous demands. In my experience real estate agents have a pretty easy time selling, but not on this occasion! Melina saw every bit of work through and this involved a lot of effort on her part. She always did what she said she would do which was extremely refreshing. For the first time ever I feel new respect for your industry.
