Would like to thank Melina Scriva and Rebecca Beacall for their thorough professionalism throughout the sale process of my home. With their suggestion of home staging as well as the use of a Horticulturist in the garden, created a very pleasant atmosphere for home inspections. While there were one or two hiccups along the way, Melina tackled them diligently till there was a positive outcome. Melina did a fantastic job selling our house. We decided to move quickly and needed a good agent. Melina was recommended to me by my friend who recently sold house with her. She showed a very good knowledge of real estate market during our interview with her when she priced the property. We had couple of challenges: we had to prepare house for sale and would like stay in the staged house during the sale campaign with three little kids.
