Was acting for my clients in a telephone & SMS bidding session against a buyers agent. Very impressed with Melinda’s patience , transparency & honesty in what turned out to be a length 9 hour marathon of bid , and counter-bid. My clients are happy to have bought a lovely apartment ( her seller is likely also happy with a record result ), and are now also using Bresic Whitney to manage the property.
Melinda has acted for us on a number of sales and purchases, she has never let us down. She is always professional and achieved an incredible price for us once again. Cannot recommend her highly enough!
Melinda has sold two of my properties now. She’s strategic and confident agent who runs a sophisticated campaign (without the bravado that often comes with the territory). A big part of choosing an agent comes down to price and whether they can deliver. Melinda’s market knowledge allows her to drive results, without the hassle and time waste of being unrealistic. My husband and I would list with her again in a heartbeat.
Melinda has 8 properties for sale and sold 39 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
