From the first call with Mel we felt comfortable that our property was in good hands. Selling when we are based 1000+ kms away meant we had to leave absolutely everything with Mel. She was efficient, communicated a lot (which is great for control freaks like me) and literally took control of everything. She called us within 15 mins of every open house to provide real time feedback and we recieved regular detailed reports on the campaign. The contract negotiations were so easy.
