Mel in my 0pinion is very good at her job, professional, skilled communicator, with a strong work ethic. We didn't get the result we were after, but in my mind we got the best result with what was out there to work with at the time. We can't ask for better.

Mel is a delight to deal with, she is happy to answer the phone even after hours and on weekends. She took the time to know the property so when a potential buyer asked a question, she knew the answers and didn’t need to find out from me. When she says she will call she does and kept me in the loop the whole time. I have had many dealings with other realestate agents and I wouldn’t use anyone else apart from Mel.
