After Contacting Mel & we explained what we were looking for. She was straight onto it and found us an assortment of properties to look at. After her taking us on 2 occasions to view properties we finally found what we were looking for and we were successful in purchasing one of these properties that Mel had introduced to us. Melinda Butcher managed to get the job done but with the cyclone she hung in there and persisted until the market returned.
