After her taking us on 2 occasions to view properties we finally found what we were looking for and we were successful in purchasing one of these properties that Mel had introduced to us. Melinda had excellent negotiating skills. We were always informed and upto date with the contract of sale right up to the end. We never got to meet Melinda due to residing else where but felt that she was a honest and hard working agent.

When we decided to place our property on the market we called Mel Butcher from PRD as well as other agents in Airlie Beach / Cannonvale area. We decided to go with Mel. She was so easy to talk too, she was completely honest and made us feel at ease with our decision to have her sell our unit.
