Melinda Butcher managed to get the job done but with the cyclone she hung in there and persisted until the market returned. Her communication skills and enthusiasm are first rate and she doesn’t do the hard push to the owner unlike some agents, which I appreciated. Melinda had excellent negotiating skills. We were always informed and upto date with the contract of sale right up to the end. We never got to meet Melinda due to residing else where but felt that she was a honest and hard working agent.

When we decided to place our property on the market we called Mel Butcher from PRD as well as other agents in Airlie Beach / Cannonvale area. We decided to go with Mel. She was so easy to talk too, she was completely honest and made us feel at ease with our decision to have her sell our unit. Whist our property was on the market she gave us feedback every couple days. We have sold many properties in the past and this was our biggest bug bear (limited feedback from agents even after their sales pitch and a commitment to give regular feedback). Cyclone Debbie hit and our contract fell through, I can only imagine the devastation Debbie caused.
