Melinda went over and above to sell our unit. Things started off slowly with the market but all fell into place when she secured 2 potential buys. She had to put in extra time towards settlement with the Buyer and their solicitors having some unusual requests which Melinda worked through for us as we live in WA and unable to address the issues ourselves.
