I had spoken to a few agents before deciding on Melinda and Belle Property. The non-pushy professionalism and obvious knowledge and expertise of my area was the basis of my decision to go with Belle. Melinda and her team are totally professional while being extremely personable. My house sold within one week which was gratifying. I would recommend Melinda and her team very highly.

Not all agents are the same! We were listed with another agent before going with Melinda at Belle Property. After feeling deflated and frustrated that our house hadn't sold, we didn't go into this with high expectations. Right from the start Melinda took charge and advised us of a new sales strategy. She staged our home complimentary, to make it look different from the previous photos taken and they ended up being a vast contrast to ones previously taken. They looked amazing. Her attention to detail was faultless.
