Having never sold a property, Melinda and her team were supportive through the entire process, transparent in all matters, clear and concise with all communication, had amazingly support staff, never left a stone unturned, gave options and calculated outcomes when required, were upfront with any outlays in the transaction - you could not ask for a smoother transaction in what couldn't easily have been a stressful time if it were not for Melinda and her team reassuring through to settlement day (and beyond - their after sale service was second to none). "Would we recommend Melinda to other vendors?" I think the question should be "Why would you go with anyone else?". A massive thanks to the team for everything.
