She was realistic with staging and presentation of the property. My house was online quickly and the photos were beautiful. I had multiple offers from the first open home, however Melinda was in no rush to close the sale, offering a second open home to see how it went. She kept doing open homes until the sale was unconditional. Melinda personally kept me informed every step of the way. She discussed every decision with me, and informed me of the processes and pros and cons of my decisions. However at no point did I feel pressured and like I was being convinced to go a certain way. I always felt in control of the decisions, but she was so helpful to discuss things with. The sale went really well and really quickly and the price was significantly higher that I expected. I don't really write reviews that often, but she honestly deserves this one. There is not one single thing she could have improved upon.
