You can just sit back and relax and she will take care of everything with her in-depth knowledge of the market and the everything-is-possible attitude. I am having difficulty writing this review because it will more likely not do justice when compared to the level or service, quality, communication, reassurance and professionalism I received working with Melinda from Seeto Real Estate. Melinda came to my attention through word of mouth and I also received some amazingly glowing recommendations from a few colleagues and friends of mine in regards to her services. So I decided to give her a call and see for myself how this agent is different to all the others. As expected and no surprises to me, someone who takes pride in their work will definitely hold a level of quality when it comes to their work. Do yourself a favour and actively look for units being sold by Melinda and David Seeto. They are a powerhouse when it comes to selling properties and they know their stuff. My wife and I were able to lock in and purchase our first home because of Melinda's dedication and commitment to her job. We had been looking for the perfect unit for a few months and were just about ready to settle for something we weren't totally convinced on. We'd seen a couple of units with Melinda but they were just out of our range. She knew we were serious and despite having the most full and vibrant open houses than any other real estate agent we've seen (And we've seen a lot over the course of those few months), she called us and asked us to come see that unit again. It was because of her experience and vast market knowledge, that she could explain to us about the first home owner's buyers grant (something we understood incorrectly) She enlightened us, open new doors for us and kept calling us (something other agents don't do.
