Do yourself a favour and actively look for units being sold by Melinda and David Seeto. They are a powerhouse when it comes to selling properties and they know their stuff. My wife and I were able to lock in and purchase our first home because of Melinda's dedication and commitment to her job. We had been looking for the perfect unit for a few months and were just about ready to settle for something we weren't totally convinced on. We'd seen a couple of units with Melinda but they were just out of our range. She knew we were serious and despite having the most full and vibrant open houses than any other real estate agent we've seen (And we've seen a lot over the course of those few months), she called us and asked us to come see that unit again.
