Melinda did a great job for us, selling our unit very quickly. Melinda also took extra steps to assist the sale, by going to the unit at unusual, out of normal hours, to allow tradesmen to complete some finishing touches. Melinda meet very late at night with prospective buyers to meet their limited time restrictions. I would recommend Melinda without hesitation.
