I wish I had gone to Melinda first! My property was mismanaged by an agency and failed to sell with another 2 agents across 4-5 months after that. So I was simply fed up with agents and their promises. I approached Melinda thinking I'll get the same old sales pitch but she was very considerate and refreshing. Before I knew it she's already got offers and my property sold within 1 week. ONE week! After 4-5 months of failed campaigns with other agents Melinda superseded my expectations in 1 week! Melinda worked hard and smart to sell our apartment. Our neighbour was selling at the same time through her and she timed everything right to get excellent results for both or us.
