While other agents told me that for a number of reasons my property would not achieve a high price, Melinda was confident that she could get a great price for me. I enlisted her services and she went to work, and while her attention to detail might be too much for some, she knows exactly what needs to be done to achieve the best price. We undertook some minor renovations, and she managed those renovations as well as my nightmare tenants throughout. While Melinda's ambitious 3-10 day sale timeframe estimate didn't materialise, her 'under-promise, over-deliver' strategy certainly worked in terms of sale price. She achieved a block record (by a large margin), while other agents told me my property was nowhere near as good as the one that had held the previous record. Just to compare, another unit sold two floors above mine at the same time for a 10% lower price. I'd have no hesitation using Melinda again to sell a property - and there's a reason for all her great reviews.

I liked Melinda for her sincerity and energy when I first saw her. She didn't come across as an agent and us (group of ladies) found her to be truthful and considerate. Selling was a consideration to me but I was really tempted when Melinda sold my neighbour's property for the highest price in the suburb. When a close friend decide to sell in another suburb I thought I'd recommend Melinda for her language skills as my friend can only speak Chinese but her son can only speak English! Again they raved of how Melinda got their home a street record when other houses on their street weren't selling. I couldn't believe that that house I've been in so many times could fetch anywhere near that amount. So selling was then my top priority. I wanted the 3rd time to be my turn so here it is! A sale price close to $90k above valuation for my 1 bedroom apartment! Next time I'll get her to sell again and this time I'll charge her a referral fee! Haha!
