Melinda is professional, respectful, courteous, friendly and absolutely passionate about selling your property. Once sold it doesn't stop there- our property sold to an overseas buyer, with settlement ideally before Christmas however solicitors were keen to go on holiday prior to settlement. Melinda tracked them down and co-ordinated an overseas buyer with reluctant solicitors to ensure that our buyers were in before Christmas and we had the settlement we wanted. I have no reservations recommending Melinda to anyone considering selling their property. In our experience it's rare to find an agent that will deliver on their promises but Melinda exceeded all possible expectations we could have had.
