Thank you Melissa for doing a fantastic job selling our townhouse. You did everything right and made the whole process very easy. I would recommend you to anybody wanting to buy or sell their property. Kind regards Janice Hawkins

Melissa is a great lady, always willing to help and I am very grateful that she looks after our small property portfolio. Very professional and her extensive knowledge of the property laws in Queensland is an invaluable asset.

We had an excellent experience when buying our 1st home with Melissa. Her responsiveness and efficiency made the buying process seamless. We felt at ease and asked numerous questions and Melissa guided us through the entire process. We highly recommend her with your own home buying journey.

Melissa had been the manager for our 2 rental properties. When we decided to sell one, she was able to facilitate the sale as well. She was very easy to work with and kept us up to date with the progress. There were several buyers interested and Melissa got us a great price, and even secured a second contract in case the first fell through. Those buyers were still keen to buy so Melissa was able to sell them other property, again negotiating a good price. We would definitely recommend Melissa for your property needs.

Melissa was amazing from the very beginning, from the first inspection, through the buying process and has kept me up-to-date while renting the property out. I feel like I am leaving my property in good hands.
