We took our time in preparing for the sale (about a year), doing the relevant renovations/upgrades that staged the house in the best possible way but also added value for the buyers. We devised a targeted marketing strategy, which included a twilight launch event that showcased the house to its best potential with the full team being present so that everybody attending could talk to the agents in a calm and relaxed environment. One family attending the launch event bought the property. Team Branton was helpful along the way, from recommending interior designers (no relationship/kick-backs) to what will be needed for the marketing campaign and what would be good and what would be an overkill.
