We devised a targeted marketing strategy, which included a twilight launch event that showcased the house to its best potential with the full team being present so that everybody attending could talk to the agents in a calm and relaxed environment. One family attending the launch event bought the property. Team Branton was helpful along the way, from recommending interior designers (no relationship/kick-backs) to what will be needed for the marketing campaign and what would be good and what would be an overkill. I chose Team Branton, because we had a partnership in selling the property and at no time throughout the process I felt that I was "just a client". Team Branton has been very realistic to us what we could expect to get for our house and the result was what was predicted. Thus, no false expectations have been raised. I saw Team Branton on both sides, we bought the house with Team Branton being the agents 10 years ago. Even as a buyer, I felt very comfortable working with them.
