I found Mel to be pleasant in her manner; she responded to questions in a timely manner. However, overall I felt that my needs and concerns as the homeowner were not prioritised throughout the process. During inspections, items in my house were damaged, which was distressing. What I found particularly difficult was that when I raised this, there did not seem to be a clear understanding of why this was upsetting. I did not feel that my concerns were fully acknowledged or taken seriously. At the same time, I felt that there was a stronger focus on ensuring that potential buyers felt comfortable in my home, rather than balancing that with protecting my comfort, belongings, and sense of security. This left me feeling overlooked in a process that directly impacted me. Additionally, the property ultimately sold for less than the initial valuation provided, which added to my overall disappointment with the experience. More than anything, I felt that my concerns were not truly listened to, and that there was a lack of empathy at key points throughout the process. Selling a home is both financially and emotionally significant, and I would have expected a more balanced, respectful, and client-focused approach.

I was very hesitant in finding a real estate agent. Had a few bad experiences over the years with "sharks." Melissa was recommended to me, and I'm so pleased she was. From our first phone call right though till sale. She was familiar with farm life and bush people and understood that we not only talk different to city people, but we have different priorities . On her first visit Melissa took a heap of photos and videos around the place. She made a few suggestions to make it more presentable for open days. We discussed prices, my expectations and current market rates. She was happy to put a fixed price as I couldn't see the point of having a high and low price, no one will go near the high price when you have advised your lowest. Melissa advised that she didn't do the actual advertising. Deb is responsible for that part. I found Deb exceptional to deal will, she did up a draft for my appraisal. When I would email or call her to discuss minor changes on one of the photos or description, nothing ever bothered Deb, made me feel very comfortable instead of anxious when I wasn't totally happy with something. The advertisement had a lot of lookers but few inquiries. But Melissa did some follow up and found a nice young couple that wanted to move out of Dubbo. The rest is history. Thanks to Ray White Dubbo. But special thanks to both Melissa and Deb for their outstanding personal service to me. Would highly recommend them to anyone that is after genuine care and honesty.

I was having a purchase with Melissa as the vendor agent. This was a purchase during Christmas/New Year period while Melissa has been very engaged in getting the contract exchanged before holiday and ensure the property door remained opened for property full valuation if this is required. She is also been very proactive in getting pre-settlement inspection scheduled, along with getting all the inspection issues being fixed on the same day, when this is just one day ahead of settlement. This needs to thank to her previous property management background and experience that would help her vendor to solve all the property issues into successful settlement. I would recommend Melissa as a sales agent as she could pivot for good sales price for vendor, along with making the sales process and settlement process just pressure-free for vendor.
