We first met Mel in 2024 when she sold us our home - immediately a positive experience. Fast forward to 2026 when we were ready to sell, I emailed Mel on a Sunday night and she was in my living room offering her exceptional market knowledge and recommendations the very next day. Working with Mel is a no brainer, she knows what she is doing, very professional and friendly, and communication is top tier. To sum up our experience with Mel, I'd say it was very easy, we were informed and well supported the entire was through (both times), and very importantly she got us the exact result we wanted without delay. Melissa had good knowledge of the area I was selling in & showed other houses around so we could get the best price. She communicated at all times in a open and trasparent manner ,informing me of what was happening with house opens and buyers.She was very professional at all times but still in a friendly manner.When negotiating she was ver capable.

This whole process was made far easier with a gentle pressure instead of demanding, constant harrassment of which I have heard from others when dealing with other agents. Mel is a consumate professional with the right attitude and personality to get it done but leave you feeling like a person instead of a faceless number.
