From start to finish, Mel was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, not-pushy (which is one of the main reasons why I went with her), and most important - a HUMAN. Some of the real estate agents make you feel like just a number or just a property they're making a quick dollar from. Mel is the opposite to your typical 'sleazy salesman'. Very professional and got me more than what I wanted, plus found a lovely buyer that will benefit from buying my home. Everyone is happy all around. I would recommend Mel as she is both honest but also discusses things with you. I've had agents tell me their thoughts and not really care about my input.
