Mel is a friendly, patient and helpful agent

Mel was always patient and understanding of our lack of buying experience, was essentially on call at all hours for any advice or enquiries and did so with a smile and a cheerful demeanor. This whole process was made far easier with a gentle pressure instead of demanding, constant harrassment of which I have heard from others when dealing with other agents. Mel is a consumate professional with the right attitude and personality to get it done but leave you feeling like a person instead of a faceless number. If I ever have to purchase a house again I hope for Mel or someone just like her (which I doubt exists). Thanks Mel for all the help 😊
