Mel Mendes is AMAZING

We first met Mel in 2024 when she sold us our home - immediately a positive experience. Fast forward to 2026 when we were ready to sell, I emailed Mel on a Sunday night and she was in my living room offering her exceptional market knowledge and recommendations the very next day. Working with Mel is a no brainer, she knows what she is doing, very professional and friendly, and communication is top tier. To sum up our experience with Mel, I'd say it was very easy, we were informed and well supported the entire was through (both times), and very importantly she got us the exact result we wanted without delay.
