I have used Melissa on a couple of property sales now and I will continue to use her as she is by far the most knowledgeable and a true sales person. There are cheaper agents out there, hell you can even sell your house yourself these days, but if they or you can not maximise the sale price like Melissa can it will simply cost you more.
