Melly has good knowledge on the property market, and she gave me big picture how the area look now and how the area will be further developed. Melly may be the most patient person I know; she’s completely open to hearing what you have to say and answer all of of questions or concerns in regard of the property location, condition etc. Throughout the whole process I felt like Melly knew what was going on at all times in the closing process so I was confident she wasn’t going to let me miss any deadlines. She reminded me to do the building report before end of cooling-off period, remind me get ready for the deposit etc. I couldn’t recommend her enough for anyone looking for some peace of mind when buying a home!
