The property took about 3 months to be sold. I totally understand it because it was Christmas period. However Melly has been very persistent and provided me with some great advise such as repainting the house, getting display furniture etc which all contributed to the good final sale price. She sent weekly report and keep me updated all the time. She also has detailed notes of the clients that she followed up with. Very professional and always put her customer first- she tries her best to get the price closest to what her client expected- even though not much difference to her commission.
