Mel listens to the vendors thoughts

This is the third property Mel has sold for us and as usual she listened to our thoughts about a marketing plan, Took those thoughts away and added her touch and presented us with a marketing strategy to suit the changing market. That strategy worked and Mel's negotiation skills sealed a final sale price that impressed many that hadn't put thought into Mel's targeted marketing at a budget.
