From the beginning, this was not going to be an easy sale to achieve. Because as much as we wanted to buy this property, we ourselves are at that difficult age/stage in our life, where the banks are not too keen to give us a 20 year mortgage. So it took a lot of patience and negotiating on Melonie's part to get us across the line. With endless patience at all times, she helped us with numerous requests for strange/ different requests which certainly are not common to a 'straight uncomplicated sale'. She did all this to the very best of her ability, so finally many, many phone calls later between her and the Seller, we were able to make it happen. I cant fault any aspect of the sale of our home. We had prompt, reliable service. Melonie had excellent market knowledge and we sold for $3k off our advertised price (which was well above what we had initially been advised by another real estate). Melonie kept us well informed and we were given ample open house times/days.

Having sold a number of houses before and having dealt with many estate agents, Melonie came as a complete surprise. She has great knowledge of the prices being commanded within her area and the best way to market yor property, but more than that you get frequent honest feedback.
