Merelyn Bond is an outstanding real estate agent for the following reasons - her communication skills are top level with the vendor and purchaser, if the selling process isn't on track Merelyn is willing and able to change strategies and overall she listens to expectations and works towards making them a reality. Luckily when Merelyn returned from holiday, a change was made and this led to a positive outcome. Nicholas Brennan had to manage our sale whilst Merelyn was away and we were very disappointed in his approach. Nicholas did not communicate well and when the selling process was stalling, there was no change in strategy.
