I highly recommend Michael Braddon and the team at Peter Blackshaw Belconnen. Michael's local knowledge is strong, he is an excellent communicator and I completely trusted his advice. He went the extra mile and I felted supported and informed throughout the selling process. He is part of and invested in our local community and I wouldn't use another agent in the Canberra market.

Michael has assisted us on more than one occasion, and we have found his knowledge of the market, his integrity, and his professionalism to be exceptional. Michael's advice has been straightforward, honest, and full of practical insights that have undoubtedly been gained from his vast experience in the market. You want a good agent - pick Michael, you won't regret it.

Absolutely top professional and elegant performance by Michael and his team! Five stars well deserved!

This was the second property Michael has sold for us. He was exceptional in his dealings with us and all the interested parties. We were kept fully informed from start to finish. Michael is a true professional and when we get around to selling our current home, he will be the first pick. Thanks Michael for getting us a fantastic price for our home and having it under offer within 1 week!

Michael is knowledgeable about the market, keeps his clients informed and is energetic in getting an good outcome.

Highly knowledgeable, professional all the way through and I highly recommend Michael to any prospective sellers.

We would highly recommend Michael Braddon as a realtor. His efficient communication and ability to accommodate our various request led to a smooth and rewarding purchase of our first home.

We bought a house through Michael and he was a pleasure to deal with. He was always very communicative and answered all our questions (and we had some odd ones!). He managed the negotiations between ourselves and the sellers and it was all a very smooth process.

Michael was a fantastic choice to sell my unit. His local knowledge of the property market ensured that he was honest about what to expect and how best to prepare the property for sale. He was in constant communication, providing advice and guidance on what I needed to do and also how things with prospective buyers were going. He also kept me updated with what he was doing and gave me piece-of-mind that I could leave things in his hands. Ultimately the result spoke for itself with the property selling for well over what it was advertised for. I couldn't have been happier.

Michael was helpful and informative every step of the process.

We recently purchased our home through Michael and were so impressed with his professionalism, friendly demeanour and knowledge of the area. He made the entire process an enjoyable one and whilst we were the purchaser you could really tell he had the vendors best interests at heart.

Michael was professional and listened to our needs. Genuine person and took care of us as clients. Highly recommended.
