We would recommend Micheal Braddon to everyone. Not living in the area, Micheal communicated with us on a daily basis and sold our property for above the listing price all within a week with the property being on the market. Micheal is very professional and we would use him again if we were to buy in the ACT.
Michael was a professional and very knowledgeable agent who knew the area and the pricing was exactly right for our house and area . He always communicated well and went out of his way to accommodate us on every thing we needed . His Marketing campaign to sell our house was second to none and professionally done . It took three weeks to sell our home , My wife and I will recommend Michael as a trustworthy and professional real estate agent who gets your house sold.
Hi Stacey, Very sorry for the long delay reply. Michael was very helpful from starting to until purchased the property and even after the purchase. Michael is very professional and always kept me informed during the sale process. He made himself available whenever we required to have a chat and listened to what we had to say and implement on our thoughts and give us relevant feedback to make informed decision.
Michael is very sincere, hard working, innovative and possess current & as a whole of market knowledge.
This is the second house Michael has sold for us he is an Excellent agent to deal with. Tells it how it is no beating around the bush. Will definitely use Michael again.
Really easy to deal with. Never had to chase up what was happening with our sale. Very informative.
From the start Micheal was a very good communicator, we had touch based at the start of the marketing and ended up coming in the tail end of the processes to purchase the property. Micheal was able to understand our busy work / life style and he accommodated this to make it a very easy time before the purchases. I highly recommended Micheal and his team. Cheers John
