I found Michael to be honest and fair during the sale process, and he was always contactable even at inconvenient times. It seemed to me he was trying to achieve a good result not just get a "quick sale" and also he didn't pressure me to accept any offer. I normally don't trust Agents from past experience, so using Michael and seeing integrity in a sales professional was most refreshing.
