I knew I was in good hands from the minute I started talking to Michael about buying my first home. I found Michael to be an extremely approachable person, down to earth and not a pushy sales person. With his amazing knowledge, Michael made the entire buying process fairly simple, helped me heaps at every step and gave wonderful suggestions. Michael is a terrific agent, and a great guy. He was ambitious enough to achieve a great result for us, but backed up his enthusiasm with strong market knowledge and hard work. He always made himself available to us, and gave us lots of great advice and encouragement in how we could improve the property to make it as appealing to buyers as possible. In regards to the above ratings, the only reason I haven't rated Michael's "negotiating" a 10/10 is because, of course, we don't have any way of knowing how he negotiated with potential buyers. However, I'm sure he would have shown the same respect and enthusiasm to them as he did us. Michael always presented himself immaculately as well, which gave us extra confidence in him. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again, or to recommend him to anyone looking for a great agent! Thanks again Michael!

Michael was spot on with his appraisal of our home and out of four agents gave us a price that the others said was impossible, when the other agents found out his valuation they said not possible. Not only did Michael say he would get more but he delivered on his promise and we have ended up with a sale that is $70,000 more than the minimum the other agents valued our home at. He communicated regularly and followed up on enquiries and notified us of any news...3 opens over three weeks and the house is sold in a timely manner with a great result financially for us.
