Our experience selling our house in Mosman with Michael Coombs was great. We were based in New York throughout the process and Michael and his team were very professional, helping us sell for a great price very quickly. His team also organised staging and decluttering so the house looked beautiful for sale, and they organised people to manage our move after the sale with all our belongings going into storage very seamlessly. It really was a very easy process for us! We have also had experience with Michael on the other side as we bought the house with him as the agent only 18 months earlier. Michael ensures that there is always a little follow up surprise with a delivery of some appreciation from him and his team to have the opportunity to work with you. They see your house as sacred and make every effort to present it in the most favourable way possible and to achieve the price range that he quotes. We had great faith in Michael and team that they were going to deliver throughout the "viewings" phase.Especially once all the drone and photographic material was put on the site together with the video. Extremely professional and not one to bother you with end lists of "tire kickers" and neighbors that have attended your property. He goes straight for the key buyers and hones in on them to ensure the negotiations and competition starts early in the process. We had a SOLD on our house after 5 official viewings and he achieved a great price. Michael is also very skilled in dealing with issues relating to the role of "buyers agents" and all the building inspection issues that may arise. Michael is truely a very generous man who will always give you his time and is very approachable in every way. He is authentic and thus has enormous credibility. He is also a highly skilled "internationalist" which makes him capable of dealing with whoever may come from anyway around the world. And as you are probably aware at least 20% of all buyers in the prestige market in Mosman come from abroad and want desperately to have a stake in this most fantastic suburb. Sorry I cannot highly recommend Michael enough so use him and judge for yourself the outstanding results he will make happen for you and your family. Good luck.
