I didn't advertise my house for sale because I was unsure whether I should renovate the property or sell it. To test the market I gave Michael Coombs instructions to see if he could find a buyer from his range of contacts without any advertising. Although there was a shortage of houses of my price range on the market, I was taken somewhat by surprise that he found serious purchasers so quickly. I felt that the offer that he negotiated was a good one and the sale was concluded very quickly and professionally from my point of view. I think the purchasers felt the same way about their purchase.

We saw the house at open for inspection on its opening weekend (going for auction). Michael advised of minimum price to have vendor interested. A second private viewing was arranged. We put in the offer, which was immediately accepted. We transferred the deposit and six weeks later we moved in. As easy as buying groceries. Behind the scenes there was much negotiating, which Michael and his team handled.

I would recommend Michael Coombs to sell any property, his team are very efficient and run a tight ship. I found his assistant Angela Koulouris to be an excellent side kick, Angela was always early to any opening to ensure that the place was ready for inspection and stayed after the inspection to close up. Angela was also very helpful and willing to answer any questions and was quick with helpful suggestions.

Michael has an excellent support team. Angela was so supportive throughout the time with good advice and always had the time to talk things through. Michaels advice re possible auction price outcome was very accurate and therefore our expectations were not unrealistic. Overall we were very pleased with the whole experience.

When buying or selling a property I always use Michael, for one key reason, professionalism. I don't want BS, I just need clear communication (positive or negative), brief but clear status updates and knowledge that the agent is working effectively on my behalf and not just to make a quick sale.
