We couldn’t be happier with our experience! From start to finish, Michael was absolutely fantastic. He is a genuine person, professional and market knowledge were second to none. He was always available to answer our questions, no matter how big or small, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Not only did he keep us informed every step of the way, assist with all of our queries but he also achieved our sale price and more. What more could you want.

I found Michael and his company to be extremely pleasant and professional when viewing and enquiring about the property, I also found him quite knowledgeable and helpful in traversing the realestate landscape. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for buying or selling a property to people, who are over the robotic and disingenuous real estate agents in the industry.

Michael is suburb specialist, professional and trustworthy!!

Knowledge of the market was brilliant. They had a buyer lined up within days of me inquiring and the sale went through smoothly. I'm very impressed with wonderful customer service and quick responses from Coulson Real Estate. I will absolutely use this company again.

I have known Michael and his team for a few years now and they have helped me with my property requirements. This time I engaged Michael and his team to help me sell a property. It was challenging. The market had shifted and there was more competition out there. Michael never gave up and was in constant communication and keeping me informed. Michael secured the sale with an eastern states investor and a bonus was that a long term tenant was able to stay on. Michael is trustworthy, honest and reliable – key attributes for an agent and as such I have found success is likely outcome. Great work & Thanks!

We have bought a house from Michael and sold a house with Michael and both transactions have been seamless.

From day one Michael's was helpful straight away when ever you need him, the property sold with a blink of an eye not even a week on the market i highly recommend 100%.

Coulsons were very quick to respond to any of my questions. Found them very professional to deal with.

Michael was very helpful with the purchase of our forever home.

Another sale for us by Michael Coulson, once again his knowledge of the local area was impeccable , he is honest and direct , follow his direction with your sale and your property will be SOLD before you know it. 100% recommend Michael to help you sell your property.

Michael has been exceptional since we first approached him in 2022 to rent out our house. He was the only agent who took the time to visit, understand our needs, and offer tailored advice. Naturally, we turned to Michael and the Coulson team when selling, and once again, he went above and beyond, making the process effortless. To top it off, he's a genuinely nice guy. We highly recommend Michael and the Coulson team to anyone - without hesitation.

Very happy with mike. Very knowledgeable, always meets his appointments and a genuinely nice bloke. Enjoys a quality whisky too so thats a 5 out of 5 any day of the week. Well done mate. Super happy with the whole process. Would do it again any time
