We had a very pleasant and smooth experience dealing with the purchase of our investment property with michael and his team at Coulson and co. Michael lays everything out on the table with a very honest aproach to how he operates. Michael is great to deal with and brought an energetic full of life attitude to all of our dealings. We have now signed up our rental with Coulson and co to manage as our buying experience gave us no reason to doubt them.

Working with Michael and his team have been a great experience. They were our agents when we purchased our first home 8 years ago and we had a great experience with them then. We just sold that same home and they were our first choice. Working with him and his team made the purchase and sale process very smooth and he is very knowledgeable and contactable with any queries. He provided high quality suggestions and support throughout the whole process.

Michael was extremely professional, he showed great knowledge of the market and worked really hard to find legitimate buyers and get us the best price for our property.

Michael was prompt responding to any questions or concerns we had about the property we purchased, the whole process was seamless. His knowledge of the local market is second to none and because of this, we were able to secure both the home of our dreams and a great sale price for our previous home. Since the move Michael has repeatedly followed up with us to see how we're going at the new place, he really does go above and beyond, keep up the great service.

Michael done a great job. He worked fast and managed to get a price better than i thought possible. I would definitely recommend Michael's to anyone thinking about selling. If I decided to sell my next house he will be the agent i call. Thank you Michael great job mate.

We recently sold with Michael on recommendation from a colleague and it was the easiest, most professional and stress free transaction. We could not be happier with Michael and his team. Would definitely recommend and will be using Michael for all Real Estate needs in future without a doubt.

Return customer. Michael is great, friendly and works for his commission. Had several offers in the first couple of days so we reevaluated the selling price and were very happy with the result. - Seller review, Sale of land in Baldivis
