From day one Michael has been on the ball. I cannot recommend him enough. Even when things started to slow Michael came up with another approach. I received a great deal more than I expected. Even while he was overseas. Communication was constant . I don't believe you can go wrong with Michael. Thank you for a job well done .

I had a property 3500km from where I reside, I was looking to sell, I had an appraisal completed by my property managing agency and it was less than desirable. I rung Coulson and co and spoke to Michael, Michael expressed that he could take care of the process of sale and gain me an extra $50k in f what I thought it was worth. Michael true to his word had the place sold in 2 weeks for the amount he told me. Michael helped out with liaising with the tenants during the process as well as ensuring I had a smooth transaction. AAA++

We have bought and sold through Coulson &Co, both times with Michael and each have been both a breeze and a blast. Thankyou for your hard work

Contemplating the sale of our Homestead Ridge property, we consulted with several agents. Michael's strong understanding of the area and a list of potential buyers stood out. His communication was clear and it was great he was open to texting or emailing instead of phone calls which proved especially helpful with young children. Throughout the process, we received an offer at presale, went to market, and witnessed a significant turnout at the first home open, resulting in additional offers. He walked us through the sale process smoothly answering any questions we had and we were thrilled with the sale price and the entire process.

Michael Coulson just sold two of our properties and he was nothing but professional efficient and compiled a amazing sale marketing campaign . I wouldn't hesitate in recommending his company to anyone. Michael will work really hard to get a good sale and his advice also helped to steer the sale. Thankyou so much we will be back if we need another sale .

If you need professional service and a deep knowledge of the local area, then I recommend Michael.

Our dealing with Michael was very positive. He gave great advice on the best areas to focus our attention on, when preparing the property to go on the market. He was always friendly, knowledgeable and assisted us throughout the process. We would recommend Michael, and Coulson & Co, to those looking to sell their property.

Friendly and professional from start to finish added with great local knowledge, got us the result we were looking for. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Michael Coulson, the dynamic agent only wants the best for his clients and his knowledge of the local area is outstanding. Impressed with his confidence by not wanting a contract was when we knew he was the man for the job – and we weren’t wrong. He made daily contact throughout the whole process and obtained far better outcome than was expected when sale finalised within weeks. Highly recommend.

Michael will alway be my go to Agent
