Michael and the team, were amazing to deal with and very accommodating to our needs. He made the entire process streamline and efficient. Not only was he able to find an offer without going to market he also managed to get a price over our asking. His diligence and approachable nature made him a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend him for anyone in the future

We were really impressed with the professionalism received from Michael Coulson during the sale of our rental property. He had a great knowledge of the local area and the current market and sold our house in one day during a pre- launch before going to market. Michael negotiated an excellent price for our house, getting far more than we expected. The communication with Michael was amazing! He kept us up to date continually with the progress of the sale of our house from start to finish, even calling us while he was on holiday. I highly recommend Michael Coulson from Coulsons and Co for anyone wanting to sell their home.

Michael was easy to deal with. The communication was great, I always knew where things were at. We achieved a great price, over expectations and it under offer in days. If your selling in the suburbs Michael specialises in, then do yourself a favour and give him a call.

I bought my house a few years ago from Michael and now I’ve sold my house trough Micheal. And all I can say he treats you like a mate and I think that’s really important. It was above my expectations! I will use him again in the future?

Michael made the process of selling our house completely plain-less! His knowledge of the area and the market was unmatched! He was able to guide us through multiple scenarios and I trusted him wholeheartedly. He was always timely in his responses and always professional and friendly! The best agent I’ve ever dealt with!

I’ve used Coulson & Co as my rental agent for a number of years. They provided an all in one service, where all fees are transparent and communication is updated regularly. When the time came to sell, I reached out to Michael. The house was on the market by the weekend and sold within the fortnight for an above market price.

Michael was recommended by two friends who didn't know each other and he was very professional and really knew what he was doing he was helpful and kept in touch to let me know how things were going I couldn't have had a better agent and I would recommend him to everyone

It was a pleasure to have Michael to sell our property. He kept as well informed all the way through and achieved a better result that we were expecting for our sale. Cannot recommend Michael enough. Thank you.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Michael. It was refreshing to deal with an individual who is responsive, enthusiastic, and takes a great deal of initiative, and yet has an acute and realistic sense of the market and the individuals involved. In selling our land, he gave us his assessment of the price but was also very interested in our expectations. In marketing, he outlined his strategy but also took on our suggestions. In receiving interest, he kept us informed in a timely manner and very ably negotiated a better outcome for us. Prior to selling our lot, he also assisted us with finding an established home and we were blown away by his dedication to identify the perfect property for our family, including approaching vendors off market. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Michael, and he did all this in a joyful spirit, which made it always very fun to work with him. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to others!

Michael knew the market Sold our house quickly and for the price we wanted He gave us good advice Was always there to answer our questions and point us in the right direction We would recommend him to any one who asked for a real estate agent

I was toying with the idea of selling my home when Michael gave me a call. Initially I was very non committal not sure if I wanted to go through the pain of home opens, marketing etc. Michael asked if he could show the property to some buyers he was working with, and if they weren't the buyers he was happy for me to decide when the time was right. The next I heard from him was when he was standing in front of me with an offer I couldn't believe. I was blown away at how easy and painless the process was. If only selling every house was this easy, and maybe the secret is using Michael Coulson. If you are selling or buying in the Kwinana or surrounding suburbs, you should be using Michael Coulson!

Was up front and honest, kept me up to date. All questions answered, missed calls were returned in timely manner. Ran through the what was happening in Orelia and surrounding area’s. Not pushy, discussing various options for selling and processes. Would recommend to anyone and use again myself.
