We bought our home using Coulson & Co Real Estate 7 years ago so when we decided to sell they were the agency we called. Michael himself came to to see us promptly and gave us an honest appraisal of our home and gave us an estimate above our expectations. He laid out a clear path way for us to follow. We had some interest on our pre listing home opens but no offers. We went ahead and listed the property with the first home open to be on Saturday 16th April. We went away for Easter and when returned on Sunday 11th Michael rang at 7pm to see if he could show some through at 3.00pm the following day. This was not a problem. He advertised a home open on the Coulson & Co website and all hell broke loose. We had 11 groups through in the 20 minutes, received a very good offer before anyone set foot in the place and then 5 further offers inside 24 hours.
